2013 WFDF Rules released in Spanish

The World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) has finally released the Spanish translation of the 2013 Rules of Ultimate, which means that Spanish players no longer have to bring a translating dictionary along with them for rules discussions.

Last month we got a visit from Rocío, an Audiovisual Communication and Multimedia student at Universidad Europea de Madrid, to record a piece for europeatelevision.es about Quijotes+Dulcineas, the sport of Ultimate Frisbee and its history in Madrid.
UFeM friendly – fun was had!
On December 6, Spain’s nation Constitution holiday, Quijotes+Dulcineas Ultimate Frisbee Madrid hosted the friendly “UFeM – Ultimate Frisbee en Madrid” in the Madrileño neighbourhood Barrio del Pilar. With more than 55 players in attendance to enjoy the day, it was a huge success.
Madrid Ultimate on the radio again!
Javier del Pino, on his show A vivir que son dos días, treated us to a fantastic interview which even included live coverage of a game of ultimate… Once again we got the chance to publicize the sport on the radio waves, and we’ve already heard from lots of people that were listening.

Ultimate Frisbee in Madrid
On Thursday, December 6, Quijotes+Dulcineas Ultimate Frisbee Madrid will host an Ultimate get together in Madrid’s Barrio del Pilar. We’ve invited two other teams and we’ll be playing games from 11:00h until 16:00h. If you’re going to be in the city, stop on by!
