Two ways to start practicing
To keep things working, we run two entry formats, a handful per year, with set dates and limited spots. Sign up in advance.
01 · You already play
Practice with Quijotes+Dulcineas.
If you already play Ultimate and want to try Q+D, write to us before showing up: we’ll tell you which day makes sense and which squad (Quijotes, Dulcineas, Q+D Mixto) fits your level and position. We ask that you write before coming, and we reply fast when there’s real interest.
02 · Never played
Learn ultimate frisbee with Ultimate Madrid.
If you’ve never played Ultimate Frisbee, your starting point is ultimatemadrid.com: we explain the sport from scratch and run the open trial practices and initiation cycles for the public in Madrid. Come back here once you’ve played a few times.
