Accommodation options and Player Fee

RESIDENCE (Players Only)

  • Player fee 65€
  • Accommodation Friday and Saturday night in the dormitories next to the fields
  • Places limited to 60 beds distributed in 5 rooms of 12 people each in bunk beds
  • Breakfast Saturday and Sunday
  • Dinner on Saturday

HOTEL

  • Player fee 85€
  • Accommodation Friday and Saturday in the hotel
  • Hotel is 1 km from the fields. Private parking
  • Breakfast Saturday and Sunday
  • Dinner on Saturday in the hotel

DINNER ONLY

  • Player fee 30€
  • No accommodation
  • Dinner Saturday

PLAY ONLY

  • Player fee 10€
  • No accommodation
  • No dinner Saturday

Some things to keep in mind

  • The whole team doesn’t have to pick the same accommodation options (ie: X players can choose accommodation in the residence and Y players can choose to stay at the hotel).
  • Residence beds are limited on a first pay first serve basis. We’ve published an online spreadsheet to keep track of the status of all the residence beds.
  • To reserve a bed in the residence do the following:
  1. Contact us indicating the number of desired beds.
  2. We will confirm the availability of the beds and those places will be reserved temporarily (marked as yellow on the spreadsheet)
  3. From that moment on you have 3 days to pay for the places reserved.
  4. If we receive confirmation of payment in those 3 days the beds will be booked permanently (marked as red on the spreadsheet)
  5. If we don’t receive payment in those 3 days the reservation will be lost and those places will be available for everyone else again.
  6. We won’t accept any reservation for the residence that does not follow this process.

Other information

  • The deadline for paying the player fees and sending the complete roster is 27 March. Please note that after this date we will not accept any accommodation or roster changes.
  • To submit your roster, we’ve created a Google spreadsheet. The team manager can fill out the document, or can simply send this link to the team’s players to fill out themselves.
    The link to your team’s roster was sent by email.
  • Contact us once you’ve paid and completed the online roster.
  • Games will start on Saturday at 9:30 and end on Sunday at around 15:30-16:00.
